Operations Manager

Carrie joined in 2017 as Operations Manager. Carrie guides clients from implementation phase to pilot launch, ensuring goals and objectives are understood and achieved before a full rollout. Her desire to see individuals attain their definition of success drives her focus on clients and users. Carrie also has extensive experience in the nonprofit and charter school management industries, and is the recipient of the Campbell Soup Company’s Unsung Hero award.

  • Community causes: Carrie is actively involved at Epic Church, and serves on nonprofit boards for social justice issues; such as racial reconciliation, prison reentry, and decreasing Philadelphia’s high school dropout rate.
